On March 1, WilmerHale was honored by the Boston Business Journal as the “Most Admired Law Firm” in the Boston area.

Each year, the Boston Business Journal identifies the top three companies, CEOs and brands in numerous categories that it considers to be among the most respected and admired. From the three named in each category, the Boston Business Journal turns to its readership for a competitive and decisive vote, the result of which identifies the lone winner in each category. More than 400,000 readers’ votes were tallied throughout the voting process this year, which was open from January 24 to February 21, 2013.

Winners in each category were honored during a luncheon today at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Sarah Rothermel, the Partner-in-Charge of WilmerHale’s Boston office, accepted the award on behalf of the firm. In her acceptance, she noted that “the firm has a long tradition of providing top-notch legal work, as well as pro bono and public service. We take great pride in our commitment to the communities in which we practice and look forward to continuing to work with and for our neighbors in Boston and beyond.”
