WilmerHale Advises Museum of Science on its Bond Financing for New William and Charlotte Bloomberg Public Science Common

WilmerHale advised the Museum of Science on its up to $7,000,000 tax-exempt bond financing with the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency as issuer and Eastern Bank as bond owner. The bond financing funded the final portion of the construction of the William and Charlotte Bloomberg Public Science Common, a new 10,000-square foot civic venue designed to inspire a lifelong love of science in everyone. The space opens to the public on October 10, 2026.
