Partner Ryan Chabot has been recognized as a Law360 Rising Star in the Class Action category for 2026. The annual series honors attorneys under the age of 40 whose accomplishments distinguish them as emerging leaders in their fields. 

The Law360 profile highlights Mr. Chabot's work representing leading companies in high-stakes class actions, including Meta, Oracle Health and Tesla. Among his most notable wins was the successful defense of Walt Disney World against a proposed class action brought by annual pass holders challenging the company's post-pandemic reservation policies. With trial just weeks away, the court granted summary judgment in Disney's favor and denied the plaintiffs' bid for class certification. 

That result, Mr. Chabot explained, reflects the firm's approach to every case. "You have to litigate as if you're going to trial from the start," he told Law360. "With every deposition, every motion, every discovery dispute and every production of documents, you have to think, 'Is this the right decision for if I have to take this case the distance?'" 

Mr. Chabot also reflected on the pro bono matter he considers the proudest moment of his career: his first oral argument, before the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, which resulted in a decision vacating his client's murder conviction and led to the client's release after roughly two decades in prison. 

Discussing what drives him, Mr. Chabot pointed to the trust his clients and colleagues place in him. "My clients are companies, in fact, but in reality for me, they are people at those companies," he said. "You want to do a good job for them because they have trusted you with the case, and they've trusted you with the matters."
