WilmerHale is pleased to announce that four firm lawyers — Partner Taylor Gooch, Counsel John W. O'Toole and Vinecia Perkins, and Senior Associate Camila Gonzalez — have been selected to participate in the 2026 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs.
Partner Taylor Gooch has been selected as a 2026 LCLD Fellow. The program aims to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Fellows have distinguished themselves within their organizations by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, and invested in attorney mentoring and professional development. Through a year‑long series of leadership sessions and collaborative engagements, fellows hone their leadership skills and build meaningful relationships within the legal profession. In his practice, Mr. Gooch represents clients in sophisticated intellectual property disputes and maintains a meaningful pro bono portfolio.
Counsel John W. O'Toole and Vinecia Perkins, along with Senior Associate Camila Gonzalez, have been named 2026 LCLD Pathfinders. Pathfinder honorees are early-career, emerging attorneys who in their own right have distinguished themselves or show clear potential to do so in their legal careers. The program complements internal professional development initiatives by offering lawyers practical tools for strengthening their leadership skills, building professional relationships, and navigating long‑term career growth. Within the firm, Mr. O’Toole focuses on significant antitrust matters; Ms. Perkins handles complex litigation and enforcement matters; and Ms. Gonzalez advises clients navigating data‑security incidents, regulatory inquiries, and congressional oversight.
LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating an environment where all talent can thrive.
