Andrea Paul, a leading life sciences attorney, will join WilmerHale as a Partner in its Boston office on Monday, October 6, 2025. Ms. Paul brings extensive life sciences experience advising clients on complex legal and transactional matters, including corporate governance, disclosure, capital markets, and strategic transactions.
Ms. Paul’s practice will focus on counseling life sciences clients across a broad range of issues, including corporate and securities, corporate governance, public offerings and other capital-raising transactions. She will also assist clients with matters involving compensation and benefits, collaborations and licensing, and M&A.

Ms. Paul received her BA in Art History from Columbia University in 2003 and her JD from Harvard Law School in 2008. She began her career at an AmLaw 50 firm in London in 2008, then moved to Boston in 2013, where she practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm until 2016. Most recently, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals.
