Joshua L. Mogil Sworn in as Treasurer of the DC Bar

On July 22, WilmerHale attorney Joshua L. Mogil was sworn in as DC Bar Treasurer by DC Court of Appeals Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby. In this elected officer role, Joshua will help lead the largest unified bar in the United States, serving over 120,000 lawyers across all 50 states and in more than 80 countries.

“We are proud to have Joshua continue WilmerHale’s long tradition of service and leadership with the DC Bar,” said Jamie Gorelick, WilmerHale partner and former DC Bar president. Past DC Bar leaders also include firm leaders such as John Pickering, James Robertson and John Payton. 

Joshua most recently served on the DC Bar Board of Governors, the DC Bar Finance and Investment Committees, the DC Voluntary Bar Leadership Group, and as President of the DC LGBTQ+ Bar Association. He will serve concurrently as Treasurer and Board Director of the DC Bar Pro Bono Center.
