Benchmark Litigation named Hallie B. Levin as General Commercial Litigator of the Year as part of its 2024 US Awards, which recognize the country’s most distinguished litigators and firms for their exemplary work over the past 12 months.

Levin, who co-chairs the firm’s Trial Practice, routinely serves as lead counsel on high-stakes commercial disputes in federal and state courts and arbitral tribunals. For more than 25 years Levin has represented clients in connection with an array of subject matters, including breach of contract, business torts, antitrust and trade secrets.

Levin consistently garners media recognition for winning high-stakes commercial cases with significant impact on both well-known corporations and millions of consumers. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is ranked in Chambers USA for her General Commercial Litigation Practice.
