On February 8, 2024, Nasdaq Private Market, a leading provider of liquidity solutions to private companies, announced that it had closed its Series B financing. The $62.4 million round was led by Nasdaq with participation from current investors including Allen & Company, Citi and Goldman Sachs. New investors in the Series B round include BNP Paribas, DRW Venture Capital, UBS and Wells Fargo.
