Riley O’Brien is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a wide range of corporate law matters, including formation, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. O’Brien also has experience advising clients on capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. O’Brien was a senior associate at a law firm in Bermuda and an associate at a law firm in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where he focused his practice on representing emerging companies in a variety of corporate matters.

While in Bermuda, Mr. O’Brien spearheaded his firm’s adoption of a local nature reserve and acted as pro bono counsel for a Bermudan art gallery.
