WilmerHale Honored with the 2023 Tipping the Scales Recognition

For the third year, WilmerHale has received the Tipping the Scales Recognition from The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance, announced at their annual conference. This recognition is awarded to firms with 50% or more women in their US-based new partner classes.

The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance compiles a yearly New Partner Report, gathering data from the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms to examine the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partnership in their US offices. This year, over 200 law firms were reviewed, and WilmerHale was among the select 78 firms to meet the criteria.
