WilmerHale Honored with Community Empowerment Award by CARECEN

Recognition

On October 26, WilmerHale was honored by CARECEN with its Community Empowerment Award at the organization’s 42nd annual event in Washington DC. The award, which is given to only one company each year, honors organizations that have made significant contributions and assisted CARECEN in achieving its mission of promoting the comprehensive development of the Latino community in the region.

Over the last five years, more than 150 lawyers across the firm have volunteered at CARECEN citizenship clinics, and WilmerHale has donated more than 1,250 hours of pro bono service to CARECEN clients.
