The Daily Journal has named Partner Mark Selwyn to its 2023 list of Top Intellectual Property Lawyers, marking his fourteenth appearance on the publication’s annual list. The yearly list highlights leading lawyers in California whose achievements over the past year have distinguished them from their peers.
In his profile, Selwyn, who is co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, says "One of the things that we've observed and has certainly been a characteristic of my practice is the growing globalization of IP disputes and the importance of having a global IP strategy, especially in areas where technology is one that does not stop at the border."
