WilmerHale Once Again Named to the National Corporate Mentoring Honor Roll

Recognition

The National Mentoring Partnership (MENTOR) has named WilmerHale to the 2023 National Corporate Mentoring Honor Roll in recognition of the firm’s continued efforts to spur young peoples’ personal and professional growth. The honor roll, which was launched by former First Lady Michelle Obama in 2011, highlights companies that actively promote corporate engagement in youth mentoring with the aim of “build[ing] a diverse, dynamic and inclusive 21st century workforce.” This marks WilmerHale’s third appearance on the annual list.

“By creating supportive environments in workplaces and the communities they serve, these 88 companies provide substantial opportunity for young people across the United States,” said Jeronima Nix, MENTOR’s Director of Workplace Mentoring. “With such employers embracing mentoring in their respective cultures, America’s youth will grow into their workplaces, confident in their employer’s commitment to authentic connection.”

WilmerHale engages youth in a wide range of activities across our offices, and partners with nonprofits that serve our communities’ most disenfranchised youth. Through college essay and resume workshops, internships designed to develop technical and corporate experience and hands-on career training workshops, WilmerHale is committed to fostering the nation’s future.
