WilmerHale Honored with the 2022 Tipping the Scales Recognition

WilmerHale has earned the 2022 Tipping the Scales Recognition from The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance, announced at their annual conference. This recognition honors firms with 50% or more women in its US-based new partner class. 

The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance compiles a yearly New Partner Report examining publicly released data from the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms. This year, over 200 law firms were reviewed, and WilmerHale was recognized as one of only 57 firms to meet the criteria. 

The firm was previously recognized with this honor in 2020.
