The National Black Lawyers has named Denver-based Associate Aretha Frazier to its annual list of the top Black lawyers under the age of 40. According to the organization, the exclusive list is comprised of “the most successful and influential lawyers with reputations for providing excellent legal representation in their respective practice areas.”

Frazier is an experienced practitioner who represents clients in complex litigation matters. In 2022, she was a member of the WilmerHale team that achieved a landmark, precedent-setting trial victory for DaVita, Inc in the first-ever trial of a criminal labor market allocation case brought by the US Department of Justice.
