WilmerHale Partners Monica Grewal, Heather Petruzzi and Emily Whelan were named to the PTAB Bar Association's Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials List. Prepared by the Association’s Women’s Committee, the list features the 50 female practitioners who have appeared in the highest number of Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) trial proceedings as of 2021. Grewal, Petruzzi and Whelan were named to the inaugural list in 2019, which was released as part of a wider initiative to increase gender diversity in the PTAB practice.
