Partners Monica Grewal, Heather Petruzzi and Emily Whelan were named to the PTAB Bar Association's Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials List. The recognition features female practitioners in private practice or at companies who have appeared in the highest number of PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) trial proceedings since 2012. These leading female practitioners will also be recognized in the association’s upcoming report on Women at the PTAB, which studies gender diversity at law firms and companies participating in PTAB proceedings.

The inaugural list was released by the Association’s Women’s Committee as part of a two-year focus on women practicing before the US Patent & Trademark Office’s Patent Trial & Appeal Board.
