Forbes, in partnership with market research firm Statista, has named WilmerHale one of America’s Best Mid-Size Employers. The firm is among 500 midsize employers to be chosen for this honor in 2022, and was previously named to the list in 2021.
According to Forbes, America’s Best Employers were selected based on an independent survey taken by approximately 60,000 individuals, all of whom worked for companies with more than 1,000 US employees. Respondents were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family, and to evaluate other employers within their respective industries. Businesses that received the most direct and indirect recommendations were named to the final list.
