Caroline Helbig-Benitez, a Washington-based senior associate in WilmerHale’s Investigations and Criminal Litigation Practice Group, was recently named a Rising Legal Star by Latinvex. Caroline was recognized for her anti-corruption work focusing on FCPA and fraud.

The publication selected twenty-five lawyers from international law firms whose practices have made a mark in Latin America. Honorees were chosen based on the scope and prominence of their work, as well as their potential to become a preeminent figure in the legal field.

Caroline’s practice focuses on high-stakes, cross-border internal and government investigations and white-collar matters. She has represented companies, financial institutions, and individuals in a broad range of matters spanning the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
