Partner Meredith Cross was featured on an episode of PLI’s podcast, inSecurities, to discuss her role as co-chair of the 53rd Annual Institute on Securities Regulation. The event, which will be held in New York from November 3 – 5, features insights, strategies and solutions from the nation’s leading securities and corporate legal experts. 

Partners Stephanie Avakian, Lillian Brown and William McLucas will also participate in the annual event. On November 4, Cross will moderate “Corporate Finance Hot Topics: What’s on the Agenda for the Division of Corporation Finance?” while Brown will moderate “Proxy Season: Hot Topics.” Avakian is a panelist during “Rebuttal: The Defense Perspective” and McLucas is a panelist for “Significant Issues in Internal Investigations” on November 5.
