Alyssa DaCunha Named a “Woman Worth Watching in Leadership” by Diversity Journal

Attorney News

Alyssa DaCunha was recognized as one of Diversity Journal’s 2021 “Women Worth Watching in Leadership.” This honor is awarded to women who have earned attention as the go-to professionals in their respective fields.

A partner in WilmerHale’s Washington DC office whose practice involves government and internal investigations and crisis management, DaCunha describes how her work often includes high-profile cases at the intersection of law and policy, particularly congressional investigations. She notes that she has been fortunate to pursue her passion in an environment where she is constantly learning and mentoring others.

As a working mother, DaCunha acknowledges the challenges of needing to travel or be away from her children for her job but says doing interesting work makes it easier. She adds that it is an honor and privilege to work in a field that enables her to tackle her clients’ greatest challenges.
