WilmerHale’s Denver office has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of the city’s “Best Places to Work” for the third year in a row. According to the publication, the annual list highlights outstanding companies and organizations “whose corporate culture, benefits & policies are the best in the West.”

To identify the best places to work, the Denver Business Journal measures companies in several areas, including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, and compensation and benefits. With 48 employees in its Denver office, WilmerHale ranked second in the medium-size company category (25-49 employees).

As a part of the rankings, the Denver Business Journal profiled the firm in a special feature that touched on its remote-work status as a result of the ongoing pandemic, and how despite the new reality, WilmerHale maintains a sense of community with both continued and new traditions.
