WilmerHale represented General Catalyst Partners in its Series E preferred stock investment in Olive, a company creating AI workforce for healthcare. On March 31, 2020, Olive announced the closing of its $51 million funding round led by General Catalyst, which will enable Olive to accelerate its growth and further its mission of automating healthcare’s administrative processes so hospital employees can focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective care. Drive Capital, Oak HC/FT, Ascension Ventures and several others also participated in the financing.

The WilmerHale team representing General Catalyst consisted of Jason Kropp, Mark Nylen, and Korey Cowan, with assistance from Kirk Nahra, Kim Wethly, Ciara Baker, Ariel Soiffer and Ali Jessani.
