Partners Chalyse Robinson and Keith Trammell were recently featured in an article in Law Week Colorado discussing the growth of WilmerHale’s corporate practice in Denver and the growing and changing Denver market.
In the article, Robinson and Trammell share that the corporate team members in Denver had worked on a number of deals in 2019 across an incredibly diverse group of industries including hospitality, tech, tech-enabled services, healthcare, life sciences, energy, financial services and more. This is at a time when Denver itself has been undergoing revolutionary changes as national companies relocate to the city.
“Companies are feeling the heat here in Denver to continue to perform and defend their place in the market and really create value for all of their stakeholders. And it’s exciting but yet stressful, and we feel that excitement and that stress. We’re in the same place,” Trammell noted.
