WilmerHale Named a Top-Scoring Firm in the 2019 Inclusion Blueprint

Firm News

WilmerHale has been recognized as one of the top firms in the newly-expanded 2019 Inclusion Blueprint survey. The survey, a collaborative project between Diversity Lab and ChIPs, provides a new standard for measuring law firm inclusion and diversity at the leadership and practice group levels. Of the designated categories, WilmerHale received top scores under the ‘Business, Finance, and Real Estate Practice Group’ for both diversity representation and inclusion activities.

The Inclusion Blueprint provides specific targets across three populations that firms should strive to achieve, including: 30 percent representation of women, 15 percent representation of racial and ethnic minorities and 5 percent of LGBTQ+ lawyers. The survey measures the current diversity representation targets thresholds and year-over-year progress, as well as ongoing inclusion activities and practices.
