WilmerHale Partner Elizabeth Mitchell will be among the speakers at the 2019 Managed Fund Association’s (MFA) Legal & Compliance Conference. On Wednesday, April 24, Ms. Mitchell will moderate the fireside keynote chat, “SEC and CFTC Harmonization Efforts,” which will feature SEC Commissioner Hester M. Pierce and CFTC Commissioner Brian D. Quintenz. This session will address SEC and CFTC harmonization efforts and priorities of interest to the managed fund industry.
