On January 23, 2019, Silver Lane Advisors, a boutique financial services firm, announced its merger with Raymond James Financial. Silver Lane is regularly ranked the #1 or #2 most active M&A advisor to clients in the asset and wealth management, securities and related industries, according to data from SNL Financial.

Silver Lane’s professionals will form and represent the Asset & Wealth Management practice of Raymond James’ Financial Services Investment Banking group, which will comprise nearly 50 investment bankers covering banks and thrifts, asset and wealth managers, insurance companies, specialty finance companies and BDCs following the transaction.
