Gregory Lantier, Washington-based partner and co-chair of WilmerHale’s Post-Grant Patent Proceedings Group, has been named among Law360’s 2018 Rising Stars in intellectual property (IP). He is one of only six attorneys recognized in this category. Mr. Lantier was previously named a 2015 Law360 Rising Star in IP.
The annual Law360 Rising Stars feature recognizes top legal talent under 40 years of age. Only a few individuals are selected for each of the 36 designated practice categories based on their career accomplishments. This year, a total of 168 attorneys from more than 80 law firms were chosen from more than 1,200 submissions.
Law360’s profile on Mr. Lantier highlighted some of his recent, successes, including “numerous Federal Circuit victories for clients like Universal Wilde Inc. and Erie Indemnity Company.” Mr. Lantier’s practice focuses on IP and other complex commercial litigation, and counseling at the trial and appellate stages. He also advises clients regarding IP licensing matters and assists clients in connection with legislative and administrative (or regulatory) actions affecting their IP interests.
