Acumatica, the world’s fastest-growing cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) software company, announced on June 18, 2018, it has secured a $25 million Series C preferred round of funding led by Accel-KKR, a technology-focused investment firm. Proceeds from the round will be used to further accelerate Acumatica’s rapid growth in the $28 billion cloud ERP market and help extend its lead in artificial intelligence, machine learning and cloud/SaaS technologies for business management and financial applications.

The WilmerHale team representing Acumatica is led by Adam Freiman and includes Peter Roth and Howell Ma with support from Richard Andersen, Barry Hurewitz, Jeff Johnson, Amy Null, Laura Schneider and Jenna Ventorino.
