The International Financial Law Review has named WilmerHale to its shortlist of nominees for its 2018 Deals of the Year Award. The firm is one of five finalists for M&A deal of the year for the Baker Hughes and GE's Oil and Gas business merger, and is among four finalists for private equity deal of the year for the Blackstone sale of Hilton. The awards recognize legal innovation, and the ceremony will be held May 17 in New York.
