Partner Bill Lee has been named Litigator of the Week by the Litigation Daily for his role in earning a significant victory for Apple Inc. when the full Federal Circuit vacated a prior Federal Circuit panel's decision and reinstated a $120 million jury verdict from May 2014. “For engineering this turnaround, and scoring a win that will resonate with appellate lawyers everywhere,” Lee was selected as Litigator of the Week on October 14, 2016.
