WilmerHale's Intellectual Property Litigation team was selected by The National Law Journal as 2014 Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the Year in the Washington DC region. For its special report, The National Law Journal examined litigation teams in the Washington area and evaluated them based on headcount, revenue and biggest wins and losses. Nine firms were selected for 2014 in overall litigation, intellectual property litigation, general civil litigation, white-collar defense, insurance, mass torts and labor and employment.
