WilmerHale Event: From Conception to Litigation: Patent Law Issues in the United States, Japan and China

Speaking Engagement
Join us for a seminar that will focus on a mock invention: starting with the original efforts to capture the invention in words and filing a patent claiming that invention. Our panelists will then discuss patent office procedure, post-grant procedure, patent licensing, patent enforcement litigation and the appeal of patent litigation judgments. Each panel will begin by explaining the approach under US law and highlighting recent developments. Attorneys from Japan and China will then comment on the situation under their country's laws.

WilmerHale partners Don Steinberg, Hollie Baker, Monica Grewal, Colleen Superko, Belinda Juran, Simone Yew, Dave Bassett, Bill Bohler, Mark Flanagan and associate Henry Gu will be featured speakers at this event.
