This William & Mary Election Law Program event featured leading election law practitioners, scholars and politicians, and focused on the question of Congressional representation for residents of the District of Columbia.

WilmerHale Partner Jonathan Cedarbaum was a featured speaker at this event and moderated a panel titled "Voting Rights for DC Residents? Representational Models," which  focused on the constitutionality of specific proposals for DC congressional representation.
