The Intellectual Property Law section will include topics on Judicial and Legal Activism and Its Impact on the Practice of Intellectual Property Law. The program will begin with a keynote address by Chief Judge Randall Radar of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Additional topics will include: Off the Runway and Into the Courts and Senate; All in One, Once Again: Joinder, Venue, Consolidated Trials and Multidistrict Litigation; Branding and Re-branding; the Changing Damages Landscape; the Ethics of Business Development; and Emerging Regulation of New Media.

WilmerHale Partner Calvin Walden will be a featured speaker on a panel titled "Judicial Activism in Damages Analyses."
