Speaking Engagement

The ICCA Miami 2014 program offers a variety of topics based on the theme of "Legitimacy: Myths, Realities, Challenges" of international arbitration, all of which will be addressed by preeminent practitioners, scholars and judges. Participants will have the opportunity during interactive sessions to give their views on how arbitrators make decisions. The empirical findings, based on input, will be presented at the closing ceremony. There will be ample time to network and socialize with more than 1,000 fellow participants, and to browse the many exhibitors.

WilmerHale Partner Rachael Kent will be a featured speaker during the session "Spotlight on International Arbitration in Miami and the United States" and will address the developments in US law on class action arbitration.
