ChinaBio® LLC and EBD Group will host their second ChinaBio® Partnering Forum in Suzhou, China to meet the needs of biotech and pharma companies as well as developers of early stage technology seeking funding or strategic partnerships. The 2009 event brought together 486 attendees from over 270 companies and 29 countries for two days of intense partnering. Participants included most major pharmas as well as many of China’s biopharmaceutical companies and CROs/CMOs.

WilmerHale partner Dr. Ruediger Herrmann was the moderator for the panel session titled 'Major Issues in Licensing and Strategic Alliances Deals'.
