Starting with a brief overview of RESPA fundamentals and the leading Circuit opinions on escrow, panels then took a deeper dive into escrow issues, including a Q&A about the proof of claim, payment change notices and cure notices under the Amended Federal Rules 3001(c)(2) and 3002.1.
