AIA Post-Grant Patent Practice Program

The America Invents Act led to significant changes in the American patent system. One such change is the creation of post-grant patent review. The International Intellectual Property Institute (IIPI), in cooperation with Bloomberg BNA, is hosting this two-day, CLE credit eligible conference about this new procedure. This conference will be based on the Bloomberg BNA treatise Post-Grant Patent Practice, which was authored by four former Administrative Patent Judges.

WilmerHale Partner David Cavanaugh will speak on the panel "Motions based on Estoppel/ Privity and Mock Conference."
