WilmerHale Partner Benjamin Chapin will participate on a panel titled “Evolving Arbitration Issues and Class Action 2026 Updates” at PLI’s 31st Annual Consumer Financial Services Institute.
This panel will address challenges evolving uses of arbitration, including mass arbitration and considerations in individual arbitrations, as well as important developments in class actions.
PLI’s 31st Annual Consumer Financial Services Institute will focus on how the complex network of federal and state laws applies to the broad range of consumer financial services, including credit products, deposit accounts, payments, and consumer reporting and consumer data.
