WilmerHale is pleased to invite you to an in-person forum examining the rapidly evolving national security and geopolitical landscape and what it means for businesses operating in today’s uncertain global environment.

As geopolitical tensions intensify and government scrutiny expands, organizations across sectors are confronting heightened exposure to sanctions, export controls, supply chain disruption, enforcement risk, and board level accountability. This program will bring together senior leaders, policymakers, and subject matter experts for a candid discussion of the risks and the strategies needed to navigate them.

The program will feature two moderated panel discussions:

  • The National Security Risk Landscape: Examining great power competition, shifting alliances, supply chain security, sanctions and export control exposure, and emerging enforcement priorities.
  • Geopolitics, Business Strategy, and Compliance: Focusing on how companies can prepare for geopolitical shocks, manage cross border and crisis risk, and strengthen governance and compliance frameworks in an era of heightened regulatory change.

The afternoon will conclude with a networking reception bringing together speakers and colleagues for an informal discussion over cocktails.

Additional details, including the speaker lineup, will be shared in the coming days.

We hope you will join us for this timely discussion.

Event Details:

3–5 p.m. – Panel Presentations

5–7 p.m. – Networking Reception
