On Thursday, May 28, Ben Fernandez will serve as a panelist on “Patent Eligibility Under 35 U.S.C. § 101,” addressing the current state of subject matter eligibility doctrine, practical prosecution and litigation strategies, how courts and the PTO are applying § 101, and proposed legislative reforms. On Friday, May 29, Mindy Sooter will moderate the “UPC Updates: One Year Later” panel, examining key developments and trends from the past year before the Unified Patent Court.
