Partners Joshua Geltzer and Seth Locke will speak at Pub K’s Annual Review on February 10–11, 2026.
The two-day, in person conference brings together practitioners, academics, government officials and industry leaders to discuss key developments in government contracts. Sessions will address bid protests, claims, the False Claims Act, cybersecurity, executive actions and compliance trends.
Mr. Locke will speak on the “Claims, Terminations & Disputes” panel on February 10 from 3–4:20 p.m. ET. The panel will review notable 2025 decisions involving terminations, jurisdiction, standing, performance disputes and related issues, with a focus on practical implications for contractors.
Mr. Geltzer will speak on the “Artificial Intelligence” panel on February 11 from 11:20 a.m.–12:20 p.m. ET. Panelists will discuss how federal artificial intelligence (AI) policy is evolving and what it means for contractor obligations, agency expectations and compliant AI deployment. They will examine governance and risk considerations; challenges in implementing and sustaining AI adoption; and the impact of state AI laws, potential federal preemption and new requirements in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
