The Antitrust team at WilmerHale is excited to introduce The Quick Look: Year in Review series—a new extension of our widely followed Quick Look series. This special edition offers a comprehensive review of key antitrust developments from 2025. Our second installment will spotlight monopolization/single-firm conduct and litigation trends from the past year.
This program will feature WilmerHale Partners Jennifer Milici and Susan Musser, Counsel Holly Ovington and Senior Associate Bryce Freeman.
Key topics will include recent litigation updates regarding:
- how courts consider changes in market dynamics over the life of the case;
- the evolving landscape of singe-firm conduct theories;
- how discovery issues drive trial strategy in monopolization cases; and
- enforcement trends for the new year.
Participants in the live webinar will have the opportunity to ask questions online. This program is being prepared with the intention to offer CLE credit to attendees who join the live presentation.
