Partners Erik Swabb, Stephen Preston and co-chair of the firm’s Defense-National Security practice Matt Olsen will take part in the American Bar Association (ABA)'s 35th Annual Review of the Field of National Security Law CLE Conference in Washington DC. The theme of the conference is “Technology, National Security and the Law: Keeping Pace with Innovation.”
Preston will chair the conference, while Olsen will take part in a panel titled, “Empowering Rapid Innovation in National Security: Venture Capital Startups and the Defense and Intelligence Communities.” Additionally, Erik Swabb has organized a panel on “National Security Law in Private Practice” and will introduce keynote speaker Chris Brose of Anduril Industries.
