WilmerHale is proud to sponsor the 12th edition of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC) Arbitration Congress on 20-21 October 2025 at the JW Marriott Hotel in São Paulo. As the landmark of São Paulo Arbitration Week (SPAW) —taking place between 20 and 24 October 2025—the event brings together leading voices in international arbitration to discuss its most pressing challenges and explore what lies ahead in the field of complex dispute resolution in Brazil and beyond. 

Chair of the firm’s International Arbitration Practice Group, Gary Born, Special Counsel Sarah Ganz and Claudio Salas, and Senior Associates Maria Camila Hoyos and Caio Pazinato, will attend and participate in discussion sessions during SPAW.

Special Counsel Claudio Salas will speak on a program titled, “Has Brazil Cracked the Investment Dispute Code? A Debate Between ISDS and BRAMIA,” on 22 October 2025. The event is co-hosted by Machado Meyer Advogados, Quinn Emanuel, and Young ITA. Registration is available here
