On October 8, Partner Lauren Mandell will speak on a hybrid panel for the International Chamber of Commerce México (ICC México). This event, “Mexico's Constitutional Reforms and Remedies for Investors Under the USMCA and Other Trade Agreements,” is hosted by ICC México’s Investment Arbitration Committee and Trade and Investment Policies Commission. 

The panel will explore Mexico’s pending constitutional reforms in light of Mexico’s obligations under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement and other free trade agreements (FTAs). Special attention will be paid to remedies for foreign investors that may be impacted by the reforms.
