The Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and the Moot Alumni Association (MAA) are hosting this year’s “YIAG meets Vis” event on Monday, March 25, 2024 in Vienna, Austria.
The topic of the panel session discussion is “Should arbitral rules contain specific provisions relating to the use of AI by counsel and arbitrators?”. As in previous editions, this event will provide a unique opportunity to discuss issues relating to this year’s Vis moot problem both with arbitration practitioners and with other coaches and mooties. WilmerHale Counsel, Matteo Angelini will be one of the hosts of the event.
