WilmerHale Partner Jim Dowd spoke at the Federal Circuit Bar Association's "Patent Law Year in Review," on February 8, 2024. 

During this webinar, the panelists discussed some of the key decisions issued by the Federal Circuit regarding patent law issues in 2023. They talked about decisions relating to enablement and written description, design patents, issues in parallel proceedings, obviousness, patent term adjustment, obviousness-type double patenting, and more.

Dowd was joined by Rudy Fink, Partner at the Davis Firm; Jessica Hudak, Lead Counsel for Advanced Technology at Edwards Lifesciences; and Jenny Zhang, Senior Associate at Goodwin Proctor. All of them served as panelists for the program.
