The MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association is hosting its 21st annual MIT Sloan CFO Summit this year in Boston. This year’s event, themed “Delivering Results,” will feature a day of interactive learning and thought-provoking discourse on the future of finance, accounting and business.

WilmerHale Partner Andrew Bonnes will be a member of the panel “Successful M&A: Managing Transactions and Market Cycles.” The panel will discuss the important roles that CFOs hold in the mechanics of ensuring a successful merger or acquisition, as well as the decision making that leads up to, and follows, a deal.
